The Bar at Trigony
Trigony is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious glass of wine from our carefully curated list, a seasonal cocktail or local malt whilst relaxing in front of a roaring log fire.
At Trigony we can offer advice on wines, malt whiskies, Scottish craft gins and a large collection of local craft bottle conditioned beers.
We regularly introduce guest wines to our menu and all of our wines are available by the glass, so feel free to experiment and try something new. Each wine has been personally chosen by us because there was something that we loved about it. We pair each dish on our menu with a suggested wine, but we can always recommend the best we have for your particular taste!
Richard creates a selection of cocktails and mocktails in-house, which change seasonally, and reflect the tone and mood of the season. Every cocktail has been taste tested by us; each one perfect to enjoy out by the hot tub, in the garden, or by the fireplace when the weather turns.
